I am accusing STUPID president Rodrigo Duterte, STUPID vice president Lenny Robrido and STUPID Supreme Court of the Philippines of blocking the remittances of my AdSense earnings of $56 (that is releasable through Western Union) and my  monthly earnings online as an AdSense Publisher ..... I know these because of my horrible experiences in Cebu City here in the Philippines.

You stupid Rodrigo Duterte is mandated by us to provide for covid as a stupid national government stupid leader for that is your stupid mandate, the law allows you to be able to do that by insurance or by tax collections that is invested in many businesses worldwide, meaning if invested properly the profits from these is enough or are enough to provide for all pandemic expenses very lavish and extravagant, meaning you Central Banks can just manufacture money for that is your mandate you can just make or manufacture money and give it as allowances and to distribute lavish or extravagant food provisions to Covid participants or inside a quarantined areas or locked down areas okay, West Group saying quietening us. Meaning you can do these cash transactions or just charges chargeable to Central Banks or Central Banks by providing charging cards or like debit cards to every good West members can provide for themselves through allowances and salaries many kinds and in US dollars, you abide immediately stupid nations or you will be slaving doing these under the worst tortures do you get stupid nations West Group saying quietening us.
